I can't play the movies in Windows Media player. What now?

Click on this link to get the latest version of Windows Media Player (put link that's inside the members area here) and install it on your computer. If you still have problems, try "Uninstalling" Windows Media Player. To do this, go to Start/Settings/Control Panels/Add/Remove Software. Remove WM player and reinstall it. Click on the option "To view all movies in WM Format, click here" and check the box which appears.

I want to buy your videos from a local video store. I've seen your videos at this store and want to buy more, so what can I do?

be cheaper than having a middle man and they will most likely carry other video titles and formats as well.

I want to be in one of your videos. What must I do?

Many guys want to be in our videos. It is natural since we use such beautiful models. However, in order to qualify you must be able to do the following:
1) Be 18 years of age, sign a model release, and have a photo ID
2) Be able to show your face at all times
3) Be able to hold your breath for at least 30 seconds if you want to be in a smother video
4) For trample videos, you must be able to handle high heel trampling by one or more women at once for at least 10 minutes (this means you have a high pain tolerance and also some REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE, meaning you have been trampled in heels before).

Because we film with only a few weeks advance notice, it helps to live in Southern California. If you are flying in from out of town, you must be able to fly out with just a few days notice (although we try to give as much notice as possible). We use specific models that are available at the time and can't guarantee we can set up the video shoot with a specific model. In other words, we don't take requests.
We do not pay our male models at this time as we are a small startup company. However, we do give you a copy of the tape when its ready.

I received the wrong video/ my video is damaged, what should I do?
Usually we have an expedition department to check all orders. But if in case you receive a wrong order, or a damaged film, don't worry. Just please let us know the problem immediately. We will send you another one right away.

What is the difference between PAL and NTSC video format?
PAL format is the kind of video standard that is used in many European Countries. NTSC is used in the United States and many other Countries like Japan for example. PAL has nothing to do with the actual
videocassette...VHS is a world standard. PAL has to do with the output Hz of the local electric company therefore affecting the speed at which your TV will be refreshed/drawing on the screen. If you are in doubt, call a local TV repair store; they will give you the correct option to order.

If my wife or family found out, they would kill me. Do you ship discreetly?
We respect our Customer's privacy. We ship in a plain and secure USPS Priority box. You box will have a return address of "RV Distributors", so your wife will think you are receiving junk mail, losing ALL interest in your package!

What kind of delivery do you offer?
When you place your order, you will be offered two options of delivery.
If you want to receive your order faster, choose Priority Mail. On the other hand, if you want to pay a little bit less, choose regular USPS First class shipping. Also, if you are in Europe, shipping for USPS Global
Priority is $10.00 for one video or DVD. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in Europe.

Second, you can call iBill directly to cancel at 800.764.4266 and tell them you would like to cancel. Again, you will need your subscription and/or transaction number or username you created when you first joined.
